Hummus

2 cups cooked garbanzo beans

1-2 cloves garlic

1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped

1-2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (to taste)

Salt to taste

Blend garbanzo with barely enough bean broth to make blender turn. Add lemon juice and salt. Blend again. Stir in parsley. Dip with pita bread or serve as a spread.
