Tofu Lasagna

Tofu Lasagna

Serves 2-4

Vegan/GF (check noodles)

1 pound tofu

1 package Soy Mozzarella Cheese

3 Tbsp Soy Parmesan cheese

3 Tbsp dried parsley

1 tsp garlic powder

Lasagna noodles

Italian sauce

Crumble tofu and add 1 cup shredded cheese, plus all the rest of the ingredients, including about 1 1/2 cups of sauce. Pour some sauce in a casserole dish, then add a layer of noodles and a layer of the tofu mixture. Sprinkle on some cheese. Continue the procedure ending with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
