So if all my muscles fall off..... it’s been worth it. .
When I first decided to go plant based (for my health, to take control of my high blood pressure caused by unhealthy eating habits) I was BOMBARDED with people telling me I was going to lose all my muscles, people panicking about how I’d get my protein in, people telling me I was going to die (I’m not kidding) and people telling me my body would not run correctly.. among many other things. I can’t remember them all. The panic that others had about what I was going to be putting into my body was NOT what I was expecting. The uproar. It even started to make me concerned. Scared. Question it. But I did it anyways. Grateful I followed my instincts. . . . .
For those of you thinking about trying plant based. Go for it if you want to. I wanted to assure you that you won’t lose all that muscle you worked for. And you won’t die either.
Also I’m not preaching to go plant based. I’m sharing what I am doing. Why I’m doing it and if it’s working. And if it helps someone, great. . .
Biggest thing for me. My blood pressure has been amazing since I started this. That’s saying something huge. So if all my muscles fall off..... it’s been worth it. .
